Help Us Rescue Food to Feed Our Neighbors

Our efforts are made possible by the generous donations of time and financial support from private individuals and organizations. Will you help us? We welcome and appreciate your time, talent, and interest for the benefit of others in our community.

Donate Now

Your gift will make a significant difference in our local community. For every dollar we receive, we are able to rescue six pounds of food (enough for five meals) or purchase a pound of fresh, healthy produce to improve the nutrition of those we serve.

Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to fulfilling our mission. In fact, our 468 volunteers make up almost 99% of our total workforce! In 2023, volunteers contributed 21,000 hours of service, and drove our trucks more than 89,000 miles (equal to 3.6 times around the globe!). We have individual or group opportunities for those who are 18 years of age or older.

Raise awareness of the hunger in our community

Hunger has a local address. Many who come to the South Carolina Lowcountry to vacation or relocate are shocked by the poverty they find in our community. You can help raise awareness and stay informed about local hunger and our efforts to fight hunger and food waste in our community.
