Soups, frozen pops, popcorn, and other treats on a gorgeous Hilton Head day made the annual Souper Bowl of Caring event at Coligny Plaza a tremendous success.
Second Helpings is grateful to Coligny Plaza and especially the following merchants: The Sandbar Beach Eats, POPS HHI, The Frosty Frog Café, Skillets Café & Grill, Carolina Coffee & Crumbs, FISH Casual Seafood, HHI House of Jerky, and The Sea Pines Resort for providing the food for this fundraiser. All proceeds benefit food rescue in our local community.
Second Helpings staff, volunteers, board members, and supporters appreciate the efforts involved in holding this event on a busy weekend for restaurants. A shout-out to Jesse Blanco of “Eat It & Like It” for helping to tell the Second Helpings story and the Something for Nothing Band for entertaining during the afternoon. And a big thank-you to all who attended to support Second Helpings.
