From a family volunteering each week to Second Helpings providing critical support, community members are helping make The Nutrition Group at Beaufort County School District Groceries To-Go program a success and ensuring local children and families have access to free, nutritious meals this summer.
By providing volunteers, refrigerated trucks, and snacks, we are helping families access nutritious food this summer while easing some of the increased demand on local food pantries. This is what strong community partnership looks like.
