Second Helpings, the only food rescue organization serving Beaufort, Jasper and Hampton counties, announces its current slate of officers.
Mary Ann Bell, President (Hilton Head) – Mary Ann joined the Second Helpings board in 2020 and has been board vice president since 2021.
Jo Pender, Secretary (Hilton Head) – Jo has been a board member since 2017, and was president of the board in 2020.
Anthony (Tony) Berkant, Chief Financial Officer (Hilton Head) – Tony continues as board CFO, a position he has held since joining Second Helpings in 2016.
Ted Stevenson, Treasurer (Bluffton) – Ted joined Second Helpings in 2011 as a truck volunteer, and continues as board treasurer, a position he has held since 2015.
Other board members include: Mike Chambers (Beaufort), Andy Cook (Hilton Head), Amy Fee (Hilton Head), Frank Pici (Hilton Head), Charles Russ (Bluffton), and Audrey Hopkins Williams (Estill, Hampton County).
